My name is Rutger Boogaard, born in Snelrewaard in 1981. For the last few years, I’ve been living with my partner and two children in the beautiful Betuwe region.

In 2009, I joined De Vlasschuur as an account manager. After 10 years acquiring knowledge and experience in other companies, I returned as co-owner of De Vlasschuur Management. In my work, I am very goal oriented, decisive and enthusiastic, and I like to create a pleasant atmosphere in the company.

"A goal without a plan is only a wish". Converting wishes into plans together, and then implementing them - how brilliant is that!

Because I’m convinced that delivering good work goes hand in hand with good mental and physical health, I challenge myself in cross-fit and mountain climbing, sports which I feel have many similarities with my work.
